Fresh Food on the Table is a project of South Whidbey Good Cheer Inc. Starting with the advent of the Good Cheer Garden in 2009, our Food Bank has made a strong commitment to bringing more healthy and locally grown food into the Food Bank. Fresh Food on the Table is an umbrella project that incorporates Good Cheer’s three growing spaces, as well as the fruits and vegetables that are donated by local farmers and gardeners, and the work that happens behind the scenes in our commercial kitchen to process and preserve all this glorious food.
